We’ve been busy lately and imagine you have been busy as well. Our community is what has enabled our success to date, and we couldn’t be here without each of you. Your health and safety and the health and safety of our team are our top priorities in this critical time of the evolving COVID-19 situation. While the team at Tribucha remains as dedicated as ever to supporting our partners, we also believe we have a duty to mitigate the spread of this virus.
Continuing to serve our customers:
We are working diligently to make sure the kombucha we all love is available and delivered on time.
Orders are continuing to ship; our inventories remain strong, and our production facility is operational with additional health and safety measures in place.
We have increased our daily sanitization and disinfecting procedures, including more frequent sanitization of high-touch areas and elevated frequency of personal hygiene requirements.
Caring for our Employees:
All company travel is suspended for the foreseeable future.
Company meetings have been moved to virtual formats and we have mandated all positions that are able to work from home do so.
We continue to offer PTO and short-term leave as we understand this is a hard time for many families and we hope to be able to do so until things resume a more normal routine.
Supporting our Community:
We understand and empathize with all who are facing a tough situation with courage and care - our hearts and thoughts are with you.
As a company, we are encouraging our team to support affected businesses and are assessing community programs to which we can donate to help families in need.
